Dropped iPhone now cellular and wifi don't work

I went through the phone making sure all connectors where good and they were.

It is an att phone and I get no cellular signal and no wifi signal. I actually can't seem to turn wi-fi on now it is just greyed out.

Is there anything to look at that would effect both of these?

be sure the black wifi cover is complete with the little metal spring within the black rubber (long screw at top) this is for the contact to logicboard. if it has been lost you got no wifi signal
