What is the best way to install and run windows?

I have a 750 gb solid state hybrid hard drive with 8 gb of ram. I want to partition so I can run Windows with boot camp

Should I partition 375 gb for Windows 7 and 375 gb for Mac OS.

I do not do any gaming, I do watch videos, listen and record music, upload pictures

That will work. The partition size should be according to the amount of programs and which system is used the most.
