Forgot LCD screws with reassembly. Am I screwed now?

I replaced an iPad 2 WIFI Glass/Touchscreen. I reassembled everything back together and the panel is glued back to the iPad with the double sided taps. Only to find out that I forgot to put the screws back in the LCD.

Since it was such a pain to remove the glass in the first place, I really don't feel like disassembling it again. The LCD is not loose and everything seems to work fine. But I wonder if it will get loose in the long run.

Yes the screws really do need to be in place, if your Ipad was never to leave a counter top it would be OK but the minute its moved tilted on its side or even inverted so many things are at risk, the new adhesive tape you installed should make it a lot easier to get your digitizer back off so don't dread putting them back in, good luck, If this Answer is helpful please remember to return and mark it Accepted.
