How do I power my second video card? (NVIDIA GTX285)

Hi all, i installed a PC version NVIDIA GTX285 in my Mac Pro 2008 (MA970), next to the RADEON 5770 that i installed earlier.

It works but i had to power it off the second optical drive power cable so i cannot close the case now.

The NVIDIA card needs two power connectors.

I see a single power connector free on the motherboard, the other connector is used by the ATI card.

My questions:

-How do you call these cables that run from the motherboard to the card? (so i can order or google them)

-Can i split the power from the single motherboard connector?

-Is there a way to get a cable from the optical bay down to the place where the videocards are?

Thank you very much for any awnser!!
