Here's good write-up I found to replace the instrument cluster lights, hope it helps!

- Unscrew the two screws at the top of the underside of the instrument panel trim cover using a screwdriver.

- Pull the instrument panel trim off of the cluster assembly.

- Unscrew the four screws from the instrument cluster that hold the cluster assembly in place.

- Slide the cluster assembly forward.

- Unplug the electrical connectors from the back of the instrument cluster.

- Turn the cluster assembly over and locate the bulbs that need replacing.

- Turn the instrument cluster light bulb counter-clockwise to unlock it from the back of the cluster assembly.

- Pull the bulb out of the back of the instrument cluster and insert a new bulb. Then, turn the bulb clockwise to lock it into the instrument cluster.

- Reassemble the dash by reconnecting the electrical connectors to the back of the cluster and securing the cluster and trim with the factory retaining screws.
