Mic not worky on calls only

It works on loud speaker, using apps, camera ect just not when I'm on a call, I can hear others speak but they can't hear me unless I put them on loud speaker (not always appropriate) or using headphones (which are usually a tangled mess I can't unravel fast enough) please help... What part do I need to replace if with?

Charges fine and syncs fine too.
