Lack of network and 3G

I have huge problems with my network and my internet. When my network is low really low i have high speed internet but when i have high phone network my internet is allways showing E and is really slow and i can never get both at the same time. If anyone can help it would be great.

I am going to take a shot at what you are saying. I think what you are saying is when you have very few bars (Low Signal) you have high speed internet. And when your internet speeds are really slow you see an "E". Is this correct? The "E" stands for Edge network and it is very slow...comparable to dial up. When the bars are gone, you are getting 3G and the internet is fast. Is this what you are experiencing?
