Getting a 5th generation iPod fixed?

About 3 to 4 months ago the click wheel on my ipod had sunken in. I tried to fix it myself and thought I had broken my ipod when I had taken it apart so I left it alone until recently. I had thought I fixed it properly, it showed all my music was still there but no sound was coming out. I think it's possible that I have messed up the Headphone Jack and Hold Switch but I'm not entirely sure. If I can't fix this myself, I would like to know how much it would cost if I were to have someone else fix it.

Briana, the Headphone Jack and Hold Switch is an easy fix. Just follow this guide to replace it with a new one. The cost is also not to high for the part, depends on where you are. As for the cost to get it fixed, that will depend on where you send it. The model iPod is still easy to repair by yourself and I am certain you could do it. Just ask for help, if you need it, on here:-)
