No. You cannot even buy a GSM iPhone 4 Logic Board and install it. The GSM and CDMA iPhone 4 are completely different, very few parts are even exchangeable. The batteries are compatible, the bottom speaker is compatible but the attached antenna cable is of different length. Conversion is just not possible.
