Half of my touch screen is broken

Hello Folks,

I droped my Surface yesterday and now half of the touchscreen is not working, the right side stopped accepting touch input, the left side works just fine. What can I do, Microsoft says it will cost me €240+tax to fix it. But I don't want to pay that much, I ccan buy a second handed for that :p

you can check on here for a replacement... but price doesn't change so much.

Use heat gun to remove touch screen. Find part online and install.
