Franklin Spell Corrector help

The Franklin spelling Corrector is a cute little gadget, but it's battery is dead. The back is held on by two of the tiniest phillips screws you can imagine. I think if I could open it, I could replace the battery. Help!!

Emily J, try some jewelers screwdrivers. Most department stores should carry those as well, probably #000 Phillips

Well cool. That gave me an idea: I have one of those eyeglass repair kits

which contains a tiny screwdriver, albeit a slot. Tried it, worked! The

battery turned out to be the same as the one that works the garage door

opener remote, of which I had a spare. Put it in, back in business! Thanks.
