unscrewing the 2 pentalobe on the bottom of the phone

Hi,

I need to replace the batterie of my iphone 4S but I can't unscrew one for the 2 pentalobe screws at the bottom of the phone as the pentalobe screwdriver starts ripping because the screw is now a little stripped,

What can I do to remove the screw?
