epc warning light mean
one day drove car stoped at store got back in and car would not startbut would not it sounded like it wonted to start

The EPC light is for the Electronic Power Control, it refers to the drive-by-wire system on your car. Sounds like you will need to take it to the dealer, they should be able to hook it up to their computers and determine which part failed.
