3ds blue light turns on then off pop sound
im having a problem with a 3ds i press the power button and it turns the blue light on then after about 3 seconds the blue light turns off and theres a pop sound from the speakers
i have tested the 2 fuses those are showing good. i have checked the ribbon cables they all seem to be in tight im not sure were to go from here

Same problem with me. Fuses are fine, ribbon cables are seated and components are firmly seated in their respective sockets!
From what I read up somewhere, the issue may be to do with the top half of 3DS.
