Thanks for that, I would guess this wifi clip would not screw with the mic and earpiece right?

No, it has nothing to do with the mic and earpiece.

Yes it goes on your wifi plate, you should be noticing bad wifi reception, iPhone 4 Wi-Fi Antenna Replacement, it goes under the green screw on this picture, good luck, If this answer was helpful please remember to mark it accepted.'

Wow, well your first issue, speaker on, in that mode the mic on your phone that they would be hearing you from on is the tiny hole in the mid frame next to your headphone jack, and inside the phone where the actual mic itself is you shouldn't have had to tamper with during the screen installation except for where you plug it into the circuit board, so start by making sure all connections are good under the wifi plate, if that's not it you may need to replace the power ribbon cable which also includes a new mic, second problem, ear speaker not working on a regular call, in that mode the mic your phone uses is at the bottom of the phone and is working fine, your ear speaker isn't working and also doesn't need to be tampered with to replace your screen except there are contact points that mate with the bottom of your circuit board and can sometimes get bent during this procedure so I would check them by removing the board again, clean or bend if necessary and if that doesn't fix that problem you should try a new ear speaker, good luck !

Thanks for the reply.... I have not been able to isolate the problem but I assume something is crossed because everything works just not when it should. Could something be crossed? Shorting? I did the "no service" weld because the "blue" jumper was missing after the screen install and a tiny "clip?" popped off from somewhere and as yet I have found no info. about it and for the life of me can not find where it goes...

Can anyone identify where this goes?
