Could I replace my 2.0Ghz logic board with a 2.4 Ghz one?

My macbooks logic board decided to stop working a few weeks ago. i now came to a point were i need a new one.

Was wondering if i could replace my 2.0 logic board with a 2.4 one ?

You should have no problem. Just be sure to get the A1278 model board.
