Is there a way to fix he micro-switch in the bumper

After playing halo 4 and losing, I got really mad and threw my controller at the ground.

Now it seems that the micro-switch which gets activated by the RB is broken (it is not disconnected of the board, but it doesn't work even though I hear the button click)

Is there any way to fix this?
