What kind of 3,5mm audio jack Nexus 4 has?

Hi all

my curiosity was to know what kind of audio jack has nexus 4, if a standard, OMTP or both, because i have a pair of standard earphones whose microphone doesn't work on LG optimus black, while on Galaxy Nexus works great.
