iPhone 4 no sound after replace with iPhone 4 Dock Connector

hi

not sure why my iphone dont have sound. but the mic is working.

i double check my part again it have different small things.

here is my original part

and i ever order from ebay which is current one with no sound.

in original part have small item that connected to the loudspeaker. but ebay item only like yellow metal

please advise
