Why wont the video show, or the lights turn on?

I'm looking into how to repair a customers X360, but I ran across a weird problem. The system won't display video or sound, none of the lights turn on when I turn on the system, but the disc tray will eject, and it sounds like the laser works.

If it's a reflow issue or E74 type problem, then I'm not even going to bother opening the console. I have checked the ports for any bent pins, but didn't find any. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You've probably got a bad VGA cable. Try getting a new one

I have used that video cord on multiple systems both before and after testing this one, so I think the system itself has problems. Especially since I can't get the front LEDs to turn on or blink when the system was on. But thanks for the suggestion.
