I second Old Turkey, in case you don't know what the wrench's look like, http://www.sears.com/tekton-6-pc-flare-n..., they are real important tools to get your old lines removed and not that much money, replacing your old lines is straight forward if you buy pre-bent lines, remove 1 at a time and match it with a new one to replace it with, good luck.

We have a guide for bleeding brakes when we did it on our Volvo 240 LeMons car. The exact procedure is a little different, but the general idea is there. I also strongly recommend the Motive Power Bleeder if you're doing this by yourself.

Are you trying to replace all of the? Ever done something like it? It is a somewhat tedious job, but not to terribly complicated. You can get the brake lines pre-bend from your dealer. Just remember that you will need to know how to bleed your brakes and how to service them. Biggest issue will be seized brake line connector to the calipers and brake cylinders etc. Also, make sure that you have the proper wrenches...
