Why cant my TV AV input work properly

I have been having this problem with my TV. When I plug in my Xbox 360 AV cords, I have to wiggle the AV inputs up, and prop them with an object that can keep it leveled long enough for me to play. but at some point the audio cuts of then the screen goes black. then the audio cuts back on, and I know the TV is not off. And I'm getting kind of tired of having to move it around, whats wrong?

first try the A/V cord on another TV to see if its the cord.

My guess will be,

Its your A/V heads in the TV, the solder on the board in the TV may have cracked and may need to be resoldered.

hard to say without taking the part out the TV.

I am pretty sure that it is not my cords but our tv is kind of u old and it wiggles alot so could it also be the fact that the cord pull it down to the point that it is loose or maybe ill check the soldier board to see if thats the problem thanks for the advice though ill be sure to check it out
