i dropped water on my macbook air and i want to know how to dry it out

Pack it in rice for at least 72 hrs, change the rice several times. NO FORCED AIR into or through it (you'll just blow the water around.)!!!
Follow the guide to remove the battery (no power for 72 hrs).
