How do I replace my inverter cable?

MacBook Pro 15 2522 Unibody Late 2008 and Early 2009

My 2008 15 inch macbook pro screen has become loose and the black part of the hinge is cracked. Depending on the position of my screen, the screen flickers a lot. I Think it is a faulty inverter cable or the cable is getting caught on something in the hinge. How do i go across replacing this?
