replaced broken glass and now it won't power on, why?

it seems like its turning on but then just turns blue and i don't know if it's the lcd screen that now needs replacing or the power button isn't getting proper contact. that's the only two things i could think it could be. help please.

It could be the screen or it might be the home button or it might be both just dont mess with anything and call a technician or call tech support i hope this helps you.

you may need to restore your iPad. Sometimes, when you change the digitizer, the LCD does not come on. everything works but you don't see it as screen remains blank. Restoring the device, also resets the parts to factory settings. Just connect to iTunes and reset. Hopefully, you wont have to spend money on a new expensive LCD.
