Replaced screen reacts like old laptop lcd

I replaced the screen on a 4th Generation iPod touch... everything went fine and there were no problems. I tested it before adhering it to the frame, worked perfectly. Once i adhered it to the frame, when i press on the screen, it looks as if i was pressing on an old LCD, shows like pressure marks and then they fade away after i lift my finger. I removed the screen again and verified there were no foreign objects on the metal plate... please help? i need this device done like yesterday.

Answer this question I have this problem too

After the adhesive has dried the screen will be much tighter fitting and the pressure marks will not be visible. The marks you see are from the flexing of the screen when you push on it. It will not have that much give later on.

how hard are you pressing? When your seating the screen into the case the pressure marks will appear, and then dissapear. This is normal
