Home button doesn`t work, how to solve?

My home button was working sometimes but for a while it is not working at all. I am using the virtual home button under the menu of accessibility.

Is there anyway to solve this problem ?

Before changing the home button try to use contact spray if this does not solve your problem i think you should change the home button.

Could be Home Button Flex. Could be Charging Port with Flex. Could be Logic Board and no fix. Like Loukas advised, start with Home Button Flex.
