My IPhone4 will turn off as soon as i unplug it, its stuck at one battery percentage, its a brand new phone. I've had it for about a week never once taken out of the case since i got it, never once been near humidity or snow, or water. This is annoying this is my fifth iPhone 4 they say i cant upgrade either. I have tried everything, reset unplugged plugged in. I have 90 days of Warranty with apple, but i do not have time to get to the city. I read everything on apple nothing will work, my phone is a piece right now. please help me out!

Sure sounds like faulty battery. Try to restore iphone with iTunes on computer. If this fixes it great. If not the next step would be battery replacement, after that Power Management IC and beyond. It is great you came here to discuss fixing your iPhone yourself. But in this case with Warranty available, I would make Apple pay the bill for this fix, let Apple handle it.
