superduper didn't copy all my files

i am trying to copy all data from my hard drive, i launch the superduper and start the cloning process. when i woke up the next day , it promt something i do not exactly recall beacause i was still half sleep, error something!!

when i compared the number of files and folders in the new drive

macintosh HD 143,59 GB used. number of files: 712.960 .

number of foders: 162.691

new HD 143,24 GB used. number of files 712.250

number of folders 162.417

i dont know if the files that miss to copy are important or not?

dont know if new hard drive is ready for me, to change it. or if i install it, i will have problems in the future?

so i just want to be sure that if i change the hard drive i will not miss important files
