MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2010, replace logic board

I have a Macbook Pro 13" 2.4Ghz core 2 duo with bad logic board. Do you know if can I install a good 2.53Ghz core 2 duo to replace bad logic board?

Options

If you stay with a Core 2 Duo and the same model number you should be fine. To give you your options as to boards, we need the last three figurtes of your serial number.
