Stereo Sound through small opening?

I was wondering if the iPhone 5 or any later iPhones has 2 small stereo outputs that come out through that opening. I wonder because it adds to clarity of music. Though it comes out through one opening, if it may be stereo actually?

Irshad, The built-in speaker is mono - essentially, left and right channels come out the same speaker.
