Options

Dark display, no keyboard and display backlight

MacBook Pro 15" Core 2 Duo Model A1226

Hi guys,

I tried everything I could do, but nothing helped.

- Changed the LED Driver Board - no success.

- Changed the LED Display - no success.

- Changed the whole Display as a unique part - no success.

It's definitely not a graphic card issue, because I'm able to use an external display, and everything seems to be fine.

Can someone help me to get my MBP work again?

i had the same issue. i had tried to reset smc and pram, disconnect and connect again the video cable cleared and removed dust from internal of case but i had kb and display dark...please help...in a assistance center he had referred me the it was a logic board issue but i listen a statup chime...for me HW was ok.
