Is there any solution to replace dock connector?

When I try to connect my iPod to my computer in order to upload music, it does not work anymore. The only reaction is iPod screen turning on for a couple of seconds.

When I connect it to a speaker docking station, it works perfectly, playing music and reloading while docked.

I have tried using different usb cables, with same negative result.

Regarding computer, I have no issue with my iPod Shuffle, so it does not seem being the root cause.

I am quite convinced the dock connector is down for connection with computer and has to be replaced.

Any solution to fix it ? Or other idea about root cause ?
