Can I change my colour to white?
My iPhone 4 is black and I would it to be white, how can I do this? Also what would be the cost?

You can buy a white screen, homebutton, and rear panel and follow this guide: Installing iPhone 4 Display Assembly Replacement
If you want it white as the original one you must change the Dock Connector and the Headphone Jack to white as well.
