First have you run Apple Hardware Test AHT. As well as try an external monitor to be sure you don't have a display issue.
If AHT passes and the problem is not present on the external monitor then your LCD display is bad. Otherwise you'll need to replace the logic board as the GPU and it's memory is soldered to it.
