When I plug my iPod up, Itunes does not prompt or otherwise recognethat I have plugged it in and I therefore cannot load songs onto it. I bought it used and have not been able to load any usic onto it. I need help please! Thank you. hadavis74@gmail.com

I have worked with a few of these, first try cleaning out the dock connector with a toothbrush, then try it. If that doesn't work, try a hard reset (Hold Menu, and Select until it shuts down) if that doesn't work, let me know so we can troubleshoot it further.
