cannot start comes up on screen
on tv screen it says cannot start
the appropriate system storage was not found
please help

barbara devine, By the sounds of the error you are getting, the console is not picking up your hard drive. you can try to pull out your HDD and plug it back in. However, it does sound like a bad hard drive. Hope this helps, good luck.

I suggest checking the Hard Drive (and Accessories), coinciding with the above mentioned Answer. If that proves useless though, try "Reformatting" the Hard Drive, or do a check up on your Software/Programs Configuration Settings. Please let me know what your status is after trying these methods.
