How do I know if I need a Display or the Display Assembly.

Hi, what u need to look is if the front glass, which is the digitizer is broken or the display is broken. Ask ur daughter if she can see anything on the phone like menus or anything, then ask her if she can unlock the phone by swiping. If the display is ok, then u need to change the digitizer only. Write back on what u did. Good luck.
