My iPad2 16Gb, model A1395 screen is black I tried restoing it through itunes and rebooting it and nothing. It still is black and nothing is working. What can I do? any ideas

Hi you might want to check the connection again, unplug both ends of the lcd cable and reconnect, after reconnecting try booting the device, if you see image but no backlight then just do a hard reset (Home+On/Off) together for few second until apple logo comes out. i confident this will help you!.

Step 2: Unplug and reconnect the both ends of lcd cable
Step 3: Try switching on, if you see image but no backlight then do a hard reset (Home+On/Off) together for a few seconds until the apple logo appears.
there a possibility that your cable connections is loose, but make sure you charge your ipad first just incase,
