Is my logic board faulty?

Hello i open my mac to replace my failed HD.I accidentally scratched not very deep my logic board some inches upper of the video connector when I put the graphic card back.

I reassemble the computer with esd protection power it on and the screen has stable fat vertical lines on it I hear the scheme sound no apple logo and no further booting sequence.

Video connector mobo and gpu ok no scrathes i am not sure if any very little graphic card solder is crack or removed as it contacted with logic board.Diagnostic logic board LEDs all green working I cannot understand what is defect logic board or graphic card or both any help would be much appreciate.

Apple ask me 200 dollars just to check it so its not an option I will replace the faulting part myself.

Thanks in advance

If you scratched across the traces you could have cut one or more of them. If you hit one or more of the small components (SMT devices) you could have popped them off. Can you take some pictures of the area you damaged?

From what it sounds like you cut one or more traces so the signals are not getting through.

The issue is how bad and where did you do the damage. If you give us some pictures of the damage we might be able to guide you on what action to take.
