Broken Antenna Connector,Can it be Soldered?

Im having problems with signal... too much force when putting back on the antenna connector on the lower part of the logic board has caused a lot of damage and now it wont stay in place... when i put some tape over it i get signal again for a few minutes until i accidentally hit off it in some way and the connector dislodges again... my question is.. could i solder the antenna onto the connector? is there anyway this would further damage the logic board or would it be ok?
