Have to push down charger to charge dsixl

Hello

My dsi XL will not charge unless you push the charger

For it to charge and have short battery life.

Is there any way that you can help me? Thank you

Mine is doing the same thing!

I have to press down onto my DSI XL charger in order for it to charge, and then sometimes wrap the cord around my DSI and it sometimes works, or my DSI is f***** up, I don't know.

Dsiwontcharge, from the way you describe it, it does sound like a bad charging port. It is soldered onto the logic board. Follow this guide to get to the port. Check for any loose/cracked solder connections as well as any damage to the logic board. Replace the port and re-evaluate. Hope this helps, good luck.
