Hey guys, I dropped my iPod touch (4th Gen) and I'm considering replacing the LCD and Digitizer myself. The only thing is, i dropped my iPod on the corner, and there is a noticeable, yet insignificant slight bend in the frame. Can I still order the parts online and do it myself?

You can still replace the screen but of course it ill not be flush perfectly with the frame, You can try bending it out the way or even cutting it slightly out the way. But if worse comes to worse you can always buy a new frame.
