Why does the Internet disconnect.

In the past week I've noticed a trend in my internet usage at home. I'll connect to the internet, get on my site, and after a couple of links to different places, an error report will pop up saying that it was unavailable at the time and to try again later. I try again in a minute or two and and it worked fine, or if needed to keep going immediately, I disconnect from the WiFi and reconnect and it works again for a few more links, the it repeats.

Is the problem with my computer or is it my WiFi, and how do iFixit?
