iPod touch 1st gen. audio jack is not working

Hello,

I have some problems with the contact of the audio jack of my iPod touch. I only hear one headphone. I can hear correctly only if I press a little with my finger the jack of the headphone against one of the interior sides of the iPod. when I release, the problem is back. I think the jack input has moved a little inside, and the contact of the headphone is not correct unless I press it. Any help?? thank you in advance!!

You will probably need to replace the headphone jack. iFixit.com doesn't sell these, but you can buy them at iTronicsRepair.com, click here for iPod Touch 1st gen headphone jack.
