Can't turn on iPhone 3GS

Hi guys. Few days ago i had a power button problem with my 3gs. I couldn't turn my phone off (power button not functioning). So i thought it was the power n audio flex that caused the problem. I stripped apart my phone n changed the flex. But now i can't turn my phone ON at all. I've tried charging it and also connecting it to itunes, but no luck. Can u guys please help me out. Any ideas what the problem is?

Can you check voltage of the battery? or if you have enother battery to check
