How do I highlight apps when connected to computer

My Iphone is connected to my computer, my apps are not highlighted to enable me to delete apps or move them arrange to reset my folder. All help gratefully recieved

Hi, did u sync the apps with the computer that u r using now? If it is, then u need to re-authorize and try again. Another option is, on itunes, click on your iphone in the left panel and on the top u should see a tab called apps, click on that, and then click on sync. If that is not available, then u need to restore the phone. In doing so, u will loose all ur settings, call logs and messages. Write back on what u did. Good luck.
