Location of this little Plastic Piece

Yesterday i opened an iPhone 5 which was dropped in Water!

I loosen the front facing camera, to dry anything!

Now I Have a little pice of plastic here, and i don't know where its located normally. I think its a part of the front facing camera ribbon but i dont know exactly!

Heres is a Picture of the little piece that i mean (black piece in the middle of the picture) :

Options

That small black washer like piece goes under the top screw hole of the earpiece speaker. So against the screen plate at the screw hole goes this washer piece, then place the earpiece speaker, then place the cover plate, then place the screw.
