How do I download iTunes?

Slide home screen all the way to the right, to search window. Type iTunes it should appear in list. It is on your iPhone. If you want to organize all your App icons to stock location so you can easily find it then. Tap Settings App > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.

i did search the phone and found nothing. When the music app is open there is no option to go to the store either.

Then you have iTunes App blocked in Settings with Restrictions. Tap Settings App > General > Restrictions, disable it, or turn OFF the restriction on iTunes.

Options

Did you backup your iPhone on a PC or Mac? If you did you can move it over within iTunes on the PC/Mac to your iPhone. Otherwise you'll need to go to the Apple Store and have one of the geniuses put it back for you.
