NO Signal and keeps on Searching for signal.

My Iphone 4S was dropped in Water and I treated it with ultrasonic treatment. Reassembled it and turned power ON. My phone boots up fine but it keeps on searching for signal despite of putting a working SIM Card. Secondly Speakers not working which i no i can replace them and get it going. After sometime when it goes in power save mode my phone shuts off totally and i have to reboot it again. Yes battery has gone bad but i can replace that and get it going. Please help. Havent tested headphone jack yet. Please help.
